The Planet Series arose from versatile designer Christian Buur Bangsgaard’s fascination with modular structure. The series features pots of layered rings in different sizes, resulting in taut design with a soft finish, named Saturn, Neptune, Venus, Jupiter & Mars.
Each pot includes a drainage hole and matching saucer, which is water-proof. High-fired terracotta is durable and permeable, developing a unique patina over time. These pots are intended for indoor use. This is a handmade product, variation between pots and what is pictured here is normal.
Breathing Pots
Bergs Potter’s terracotta pots are made with Italy’s finest clay. The minerals in the clay and its high density give the pots the perfect balance of strength and porosity, allowing the pots to breathe. Terracotta is a porous material, and the evaporation of water through its pores helps maintain moisture levels and airflow, while the clay’s insulating properties help regulate root temperature. This gives your plant the best possible conditions for growth
