Refund Policy

If you are having problems with your plant, please get in touch, we may be able to help before it is too late.

We offer replacements on plants if you contact us within 15 days of purchase. Plants must have been properly cared for indoors during this time to qualify for a replacement.

For items other than plants, we offer a refund or exchange if you contact us within 15 days of purchase. These items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable). Soil and other planting materials must be un-opened to qualify for a refund.

Gift purchases are not eligible for refund, a gift card will be provided with the value of the approved refund.

All sale items are final sale.
