If you are unhappy with your plant, we offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 15 days of purchase.
For items other than plants, we offer a refund or exchange if you contact us within 15 days of purchase. These items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable). Soil and other planting materials must be un-opened to qualify for a refund.
Gift purchases are not eligible for refund, a gift card will be emailed with the full value of the refund.
