Order Pickup / Shipping Policy

Order Pickup

Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Sunday between 12pm & 6pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders placed online for pickup must be retrieved within 10 days of receiving your pickup notification email. Orders not picked up within this time will be automatically refunded minus a 5% re-stocking fee.

Shipping

We do not offer delivery services, but are happy to work with a courier of your choice. Plant Society is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.
